The chances of having a letter like this even acknowledged by the Samantha Gavels of this world are 1 in a million. No wonder we, the people, continue to have so many problems in dealing with the medical profession when it is supposedly regulated by people like her and Elizabeth Coombs. Their performance is often nothing short of bizarre!
