What are we to think when, in trying to locate a Medical Specialist to help us with the skin problems we’re experiencing, we email a letter to one of the doctors in a four doctor Sydney Dermatology practice asking him if helping those with our particular problems is within his areas of expertise, and all we get back, from front desk person, is – “As dermatologists we do treat most skin conditions.”
That the doctors and management people in the practice don’t know and don’t care how rubbishy the responses are that are being sent to those who email the practice?
That it’s a mystery how such practices survive?
That we’ve wasted our time and effort in making our enquiry?
That almost certainly having a consultation with any of their four doctor would be a further wasting of our time and effort, and money?
