It appears to come from the doctor himself.
The same letter was sent at the same time to another doctor. No response to the first letter was received, but after a reminder email was sent, we got this:-
No apparent input from the doctor himself, the question as to whether the problem mentioned was within the doctor’s areas of expertise ignored!
Which doctor should be preferred for at least an initial consultation? We would have thought that the two such different responses made it crystal clear.
