To us, if any person or organisation we are thinking of dealing with or using won’t provide reasonable responses to reasonable emails sent to them, they may as well have up somewhere, in big red letters, “WE REFUSE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING WE DO AND/OR SAY.”
We’ve had lots of dealings with Ramsay Health Care over many years, and we don’t think you could get a more extreme example of this than Ramsay.
We only remember getting one response to an email from them, and that basically amounted to “p___ off.”
But, as we always say – if any of our readers has had a different experience, we’d be only too happy to publish the details.
