The NSW Health Care Complaints Commission in action 6

The great danger in making a complaint about a doctor to the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission is that however soundly based the complaint might be, there are more than 19 chances out of 20 that it will be dismissed, and the doctor who’s been complained about will say things like, “Ha ha, I’ve been cleared by the HCCC, so there must have been no basis for your complaint,” and people who haven’t yet learnt how completely and utterly hopeless the HCCC is , will be mislead.

In this respect, this has just been emailed, on Wed. 31 Oct. 2018, to Ms Sue Dawson, the NSW Health Care Complaints Commissioner:-

We’re not expecting a response, but if we get one, we’ll let you know.
