If you’re ever thinking of becoming a patient in this hospital, don’t expect to get any responses to emails you send them wanting information or expressing concerns.
It’s a Ramsay Health Care hospital and Ramsay don’t operate that way.
The only answer we’ve ever got from a Ramsay entity to the many emails we’ve sent Ramsay over the years was a non-answer – and sarcastic and nasty.
The only way this will ever change is if they think that they’re missing out on patients and MONEY in not following the example of more progressive competitors who are living in the 21st century, and, at present, that seems a long way off.
It is, of course, in the hands of us, the people.
